Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReikiFlow ("ReikiFlow," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Description of Services
ReikiFlow provides software tools that enable Reiki practitioners to:
Create client records
Document Reiki sessions
Generate Reiki reports
Share reports with clients
Manage practitioner-client information
ReikiFlow is a software platform only.
No Medical Services
ReikiFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, healthcare services, or professional healthcare supervision.
Any information contained within reports is created by practitioners, not ReikiFlow.
Users should not rely on ReikiFlow as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity occurring under your account
Providing accurate account information
You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
Practitioner Responsibilities
Practitioners are solely responsible for:
Information entered into the Services
Obtaining any client consents, permissions, or authorizations required by law
Determining what information is appropriate to collect and store
Sharing reports with intended recipients
Compliance with laws and regulations applicable to their practice
Ownership of Content
Practitioners retain ownership of the information, notes, reports, and content they create within ReikiFlow.
You grant ReikiFlow a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Report Sharing
ReikiFlow allows reports to be shared through unique links.
Practitioners are responsible for safeguarding report links and any associated passcodes.
ReikiFlow cannot control actions taken by recipients who receive access to a report.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Upload malicious software
Violate the privacy rights of others
Subscription and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
Intellectual Property
The Services, software, branding, and related materials are owned by ReikiFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights in the Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReikiFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReikiFlow and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
ReikiFlow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReikiFlow during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or legal interests.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
